Wat maakt een OluKai-sandaal echt gebouwd om lang mee te gaan? We denken graag dat het aan een paar dingen ligt: traditie, vakmanschap en aandacht voor detail. De Hiapo is gemaakt van natuurlijk getrommeld of gemarmerd volnerf leer met handgenaaide traditionele zweepsteken, compleet met Polynesische tattoo- artworkdetails op het voetbed. Een van onze originele sandalen (vandaar de naamgenoot), Hiapo, wordt alleen maar beter met de jaren. Gemaakt voor het strand, niet voor de oceaan. Langdurig contact met water kan schade veroorzaken.
